For New Jersey Residents:

In New Jersey, Ingram Micro is a member of the Reverse Logistics Group America, Inc.’s Group Plan registered with the State Department of Environmental Protection and in compliance with the New Jersey Electronic Waste Management Act. This program provides convenient methods for consumers of Covered Electronic Devices to return their products at end of life for environmentally sound recycling. For Texas Residents:

The Texas Computer Equipment Recycling Act House (Bill 2714) was enacted on September 1, 2008. The law requires manufacturers to provide Texas household consumers with free and reasonably convenient collection, re-use and recycling opportunities for certain devices. The program accepts the computer monitors covered under the Texas law. For information on how to properly recycle of your V7 monitor, please call V7 Technical Support at 1-800-289-9686 or email techsupport@v7-world.com.

For residential customers, if we cannot locate a convenient drop off location, a prepaid label will be provided in order for residents to mail-in the monitor for recycling.

For District of Columbia Residents:

The District of Columbia Sustainable Solid Waste Management Act of 2014 (DC ST § 8-1041.01) was enacted requires manufacturers to provide District of Columbia household consumers with free and reasonably convenient collection, re-use and recycling opportunities for certain devices. The program accepts the computer monitors covered under the District of Columbia law. For information on how to properly recycle of your V7 monitor, please call V7 Technical Support at 1-800-289-9686 or email  techsupport@v7-world.com.
